Dear Parents/Guardians,
Second quarter book projects came home yesterday. I have worked with students to help them select a fiction books on their level for this quarter’s project. They know whether they are to read two books or three books, based on the books’ size. Students may choose any THREE activities on the Tic Tac Toe and complete them when they have FINISHED reading their selected books. Students need to select their three activities by Monday. They must see me on Monday to gather the necessary materials for their projects. The books they have selected must be read in their entirety before beginning the project. If they started reading a book, first quarter, but finish the book second quarter, it will count as a second quarter book. Directions have been explained in class. Book Projects are due no later than Monday, December 5. Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions regarding this assignment.
