Fourth Grade Calendar
The fourth grade calendar is up and running. Please check your child's teacher's website for the link.
Unit 6 Math Test Thursday - ALL fourth grade classes
Thursday is the Unit 6 math test, covering Chapters 17, 18, and 19. Students should use their math notes, study guides, and books to study at home tonight. Many important vocabulary words were covered in Unit 6. Students should be familiar with the following:
- Lines, Line Segments, Rays
- Acute, Right, Obtuse Angles
- Intersecting, Perpendicular, Parallel Lines
- Polygons
- Kinds of Triangles: Acute, Obtuse, Right
- Kinds of Quadrilaterals
- Line and Rotational Symmetry
- Similar and Congruent Figures
- Transformations: Translation (slide), Rotation (turn), Reflection (flip)
For additional practice, students may want to play the review games in the Unit 6 folder on the following link...
It is essential that students study each night this week in order to be prepared for this important test.
