Unit 6 Math Test Thursday - ALL fourth grade classes

Thursday is the Unit 6 math test, covering Chapters 17, 18, and 19.  Students should use their math notes, study guides, and books to study at home tonight.  Many important vocabulary words were covered in Unit 6.  Students should be familiar with the following:

• Lines, Line Segments, Rays
• Acute, Right, Obtuse Angles
• Intersecting, Perpendicular, Parallel Lines
• Polygons
• Kinds of Triangles: Acute, Obtuse, Right
• Kinds of Quadrilaterals
• Line and Rotational Symmetry
• Similar and Congruent Figures
• Transformations: Translation (slide), Rotation (turn), Reflection (flip)
